Having received advanced training in all types of contact lenses during his residency, Dr. Schneider brings his passion and expertise for contacts to an intimate and personal setting in Ballard. From newborn babies to advanced corneal disease, anyone can wear contacts. Even though most of our patients are routine contact lens wearers, we’re prepared for just about anything.
Daily Disposable lenses
Daily Disposable lenses offer patients the comfort and convenience of a fresh, new lens every day without the hassle of cleaning the lenses every night (and they probably cost less than you think!). They’re also ideal for patients who only use contacts for certain activities, like sports or going out with friends.
Hybrid contact lenses
Hybrid contact lenses represent the pinnacle of 21st lens design and technology. Hybrid lenses combine the crisp, stable vision of a rigid lens with the comfort of a soft lens. For patients with astigmatism, they provide truly amazing levels of clarity and consistency. They’re also available in a multifocal design.
Multifocal contact lenses
Multifocal contact lenses, either soft, rigid, or hybrid, offer vision correction for both distance and near vision. Designed for patients experiencing blur or discomfort while reading, multifocal lenses allow most patients to go through the day without reading glasses!

"I am very pleased with the contacts [Dr. Schneider] recommended. This was a
less expensive brand and each pair lasts longer and holds up stronger than my previous brand." — Allison S.
